The basics

These terms govern your use of the MySeoulBeauty website and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. If anything here is unclear, email hello@myseoulbeauty.co before ordering.

Products and claims

Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, hydrate, and improve the look and feel of skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Results vary from person to person.

Always read the usage directions, patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Products are for external use only.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping within the US is free.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill or verify; you will be notified by email if that happens.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which MySeoulBeauty operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If we have a dispute, contact us first at hello@myseoulbeauty.co and we will try in good faith to resolve it informally before either side pursues formal action.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
