Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order information: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if provided, and the items you purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Site usage: standard analytics and advertising signals, including cookies set by the Meta pixel, your IP address, and browser information.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

How we use it

• To fulfill and deliver your order and send order updates.
• To measure and improve our advertising. We share hashed contact details and order events with Meta to measure ad performance.
• To send marketing email, only if you opted in at checkout. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping and fulfillment partners (name and address, to deliver your order), Resend (transactional email), Meta (advertising measurement), and our hosting provider. We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Email hello@myseoulbeauty.co to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message.
• You can block cookies in your browser; the store works without them, though ad measurement will be less accurate.

US state privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others with similar laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing order events and hashed contact details with Meta for advertising measurement may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out of that sharing, or to exercise any other right, email hello@myseoulbeauty.co with the subject "Privacy request" and we will honor it within 45 days. You can also limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Meta's own ad preferences.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
