Shipping is free on every order, US-wide. We currently ship to the United States only.

• Orders are packed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after dispatch.
• You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment your package ships.

If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, email hello@myseoulbeauty.co and we will chase it down.

Returns and our 30-day guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order. Because our products are for personal skincare use, we do not ask you to ship opened products back; tell us what did not work for you so we can improve.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
• To start a return, email hello@myseoulbeauty.co with your order email address.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, your choice.
