Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@myseoulbeauty.co from the address you used at checkout, or include your order email.
• Tell us which products you would like refunded.
• We confirm within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel and refund it in full. If it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee applies once it arrives.
